Our team is excited to announce that our DEI certification has been renewed for 2025! Our DEI statement is as follows: “At DOCUdavit Solutions, we know that creating a diverse and inclusive work environment allows our employees to thrive and be at their very best.”

This past year we’ve emphasized efforts with:

  • Inclusive communication 
  • Unconscious bias training
  • Inclusive policies surrounding, for example, parental leave and work arrangements
  • Cultural competency training
  • Creating opportunities to celebrate our team members’ numerous walks of life and backgrounds
