We recognize that it is a foundational component in earning deeper trust and commitment from our employees. We know that it helps encourage new ideas and assists employees with achieving their potential.DOCUdavit has engaged with the company Diversity for Social Impact to help assess whether we meet our goal of being an equitable, diverse, and inclusive company. To complete their assessment, DOCUdavit has conducted a survey to gather information on members of minority groups, women, or other groups who suffer discrimination and individuals’ opinions on diversity and inclusion to understand our current state better.
We understand that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace is an ongoing work in progress so we’re constantly listening to feedback and implementing solutions to make improvements.
